    Hello everybody,
I had issue with my Audi suspension couple weeks ago. The reason was that there where some air leaking in rear air bags on some of driving types. I went to seriuos service witch is making restauration on same bags and gives 2 year warranty (there coming cars from all of Europe and even Rusia, Ukrain and so on). Over procedure I was there also, and looked how all is done. All seems fine, but after I was driving back home, I have noticed that rear of the car is very tight, even on auto position sometimes can feel that it is not same like it was before. I was calling back diretcly to service to ask about this diference of driving, and I get info that these air bags can’t increase driving confort. Else they told me, that it seams that my shock absorbers is over. For me is very strange, how it can dead both sides in one time after one lifting the car. And whe after 2 hours lifting down on the ground😳 On computer now any errors, nothing.

Maybe someone knows more about these rear shock absorbers???
Like I know its working increased by electricity, so it is also strange that there are no any errors anywhere.

Des the Allroad have all round air suspension?
Does the Allroad also have a ‘Jacking mode’ for when you lift the car to change a wheel?

Yes, it has all 4 wheels in air suspension And also this Jacking mode function. Just these guys told me before lifting car, that I dont need to use this funkcion, cause when you lifting up all wheels in one time - nothing can happen. But now I think that it could be the reason of dead shock absorber.

Can anyone advise? I think I need a new shock absorber as having these issues as above, but air bags not leaking so I think it is shock absorber. Can anyone recommend a good guide for changing the Audi A6 c7 allroad shock absorbers? I have never done before. Found a used original part for £200 which I prefer to brand new Chinese ... Any thoughts for how to fit?
