In the next few months im looking at putting some new wheels on the car but upgrading from 18”s to 20”s now the ones iv seen are 9j and i know the A6 uses 8.5j so will they fit without a problem or would i need spacers ?

Hi not sure about fitting but would advise not to go down the route of spacers, to much load on the drive shaft and bearings. If you want to go wider you may have to search for the right offset.
