I have a mapped 20 tdi and the boost pipes keep popping off. I've tried all the tricks to keeping them on but eventually they pop off because of the terrible connection.

Has anyone got any links to a better uprated system or an adapter so I can use normal silicone hoses and clamps?

    Thanks

A self tapping screw through them seems to be a popular option.

Yes I have done that with most of them but the hose that connects to the turbo you can't do that as its a metal casting?

    Thanks for the reply

Have you tried a few wraps of PTFE tape to tighten it up when inserted? The gas tape in a yellow spool is thicker and heavier duty.
