2000 model year Audi A 3 1.8T Fuel Pump? I have no fuel at the fuel rails?

Engine cut out and will not start. Turns over no smell of fuel, so I removed the fuel pipes at the fuel rail, turn ignition on and turn engine over no fuel

Where is the fuel pump located?

    How can I test it?

    Thanks All

I think it's in the tank. If similar to mine, there should be an access panel in the boot. Check you have power present at the terminals.

Sorry, I don't. My car is an A4.

Google is your friend - Try searching for "A3 fuel pump relay" That's how I found the video.
