    The Winter Wheels/Tyres I have for my SQ7 use a 255/50R20 size....

    Plenty of online resources list 255/50R20 as OK for a 9J20 rim, and its diameter is close enough to original. I'd look for a 2nd opinion from a tyre fitter. Not insist they do it, but an informed conversation.
