Can any body give me some ideas on where to look for this issue

When driving the car from 1st to second I hear this loud clonk in between from pulling off. Seems to be getting worse I can feel it inside the cabin around the passenger side gearbox tunnel. Actually feels like a joint clicking it's horrible.

I've had the car in the air and checked the arms, joints and mounts can't find nothing any ideas please

When you changed the shaft, how did you get it out and did you replace every single fastener you touch with genuine and torque to the correct spec? Did you check the CV splines in the hub to see if they had any slack? Some CV’s are very loose in the splits and VAG even state you should use bearing fit liquid (a type of thread lock) to prevent spline shifting. If you reuse and insufficiently torque the centre bolt, this can also cause spline shift. Also some cheap recon driveshafts can be appalling quality, we will only fit OE GKN/Lobro shafts or joints.
