    Hello, newbie here.
    Couldn’t find it anywhere.
Does anyone know what’s the difference between 4M, 4MB and 4MG?
Also how to check what exact model is my car?

Sorry if it’s a silly one. Newbie after all.

Thanks in advance for any info

    Thanks for that.
    I’m even more confused now.
Car parts websites and even some auctions on Ebay quote 4M, 4MB & 4MG as 2016->2020

4M and 4MB are broadly the same car, the 4MB just has a refreshed interior and different bumpers and boot lid. Fundamentally it’s the same car however just a facelift freshen up.
So eBay listing will sell parts that cover them all as it’s the same car/model, just different aesthetics.

I am further confused as I have a 2017 Q7 which I assume is a 4M however; on the logbook it states type as 4L
