2006 Audi A6 Allroad Suspension Problem

I'm hoping there's another tech on here who can point me to the area I need to be checking, as this car has given me a few headaches over the past year! Crasher if your around your valued opinion would be really appreciated m8.

The compressor receiver blew up when the relay gave in because the cut out stuck on, so both the compressor and of course the relay were changed. The valve control module has also been replaced.

What the latest issue is the rear O/S suspension drops over night but pumps up to level when the car is run in the morning, the amber level control warning lamp flashes when the car is being driven. I suspect it could be the rear air spring/ bag that could have a small leak but for some reason my instincts are telling me not.

The owner wants to the car to last him another 2 years, so when you see the scan please ignore all the faults flagging up its just the suspension problem that needs to be dealt with!

Hi Dan the leveling control unit was replaced last year, but I guess its worth checking out again with fit an old unit I have.

Trouble is with this air suspension its getting a bit old now so other possibilities start to enter the equation, such as a small puncture in the rear air spring as this old bus sinks down over night on the rear O/S!
