Hello everyone, I know this has been discussed in the past but I could seem to find an answer that helped me.

Over the weekend the NS dipped headlight stopped working. My car is a RHD 2009 3.0tdi quattro Lemans and has D3S xenon bulbs and daytime LEDs.

I had a spare lucus D3S so swapped the bulb over and cleared the code. Turned the lights onto dipped beam and the error message came back on and the NS dipped beam did not work. The buld i relaced is an Osram Xenarc. Would having different manufacturers make a difference?

I have read on here to check the fuses but when I have looked at the fuse board on both sides of the dashboard there are no fuses in the locations indicated on the cover. Is this normal for my car?

Where should I be looking for these fuses if they are not in the side of the dash?
    What should I try next?

    Cheers
    Simon

Fuses SB32, 33 & 34 look like they feed the module which controls lights. On the set in driver's cabin I think - never sure with the whole LHD / RHD thing...

There then seems to be a set of connectors behind trim on passenger side in front of door, aka lower A-pillar, that separately feed full and dipped beam. Have you had any leaks that might have corroded terminals there?

    Hi,
No leaks that I am aware of but I can go check that later.
Do you have any images of where these connectors are located?

Just checked for damp patches and I can see anything.
Also swapped the D3S bulb from the passenger side to the drivers side and it works so its not the bulb itself.
