New bush or the entire arm?

So, last year during the inspection and MOT, I was told that my front lower radius arm to chassis bush started to split (have a nice Audi cam with the evidence).
Should I go the route of powerflex (£52 per bush only for the purple stuff) or get the new Arm altogether (Lemforder/Metzger are on the £91 mark)?
I'd rather do the right thing as on both cases it is the arm out job...

Thanks Crasher. That's exactly what I was looking at (my reference to the "purple stuff"). So you recon no point to replace the whole arms? How robust are the ball joints (as they might be ok now but give ghost just a bit later)?

So far they appear to be reliable but in about 50% of cases we fit a new Febi arm AND the Powerflex bush when asked to. If you buy them from that link it makes the other half of C&R's left lip just show approval...

We only use them in places that take an extreme battering, the classic example is the PQ35/46 platform rear lower spring plate inner bush. This is much smaller then VAG should really have made it and takes an extremely heavy load in all directions so Powerflex only do it in black hard poly, I think you could find you need to all of them if you did one area in very hard material.
