Tyre pressures 22"

What tyre pressures do you run if on the audi 22" rims?
I have been following the badge pressures but have just had an issue when in for a service where i have had to replace a new tyre (about 3 months old) because 'cord' was visible on the side wall (pic below). the tyre could only have done 2k miles max if that. Their suggestion is that it was driven on flat or very low pressure but to my knowledge (i am the only one who drives the car) it has not.
I am not religious when it comes to checking pressures but whenever i have i have never had to top it up by that much. I have also never had a low pressure warning and i reset ever time i do the pressures.
This is on the front. the tread depth is 4.8 , 5.5 , 5.7 so more wear than i was expecting as well _ these are Audi Hankooks
As an aside on the day of the service i got a nail in the side wall of the rear (triggering the low pressure warning this was before it went in for the service) and they also discovered a nail in the middle of the other rear! these were low on tread 3-4 mm range so no issue replacing these anyway but a bit of a shock to have to do 3 with one being almost new.
I asked about the tracking but they weren't concerned as wear was even - also to do this would cost £400 as they have to re calibrate all the cameras.

My previous set of fronts lasted about 12k but they were bald on the outer rim (pic below) rest was 3mm or over so there is obviously something wrong so wanted to get a bit of advice.
If i read the above i would assume this guy treats his car poorly but this isnt the case - but there is something i am obviously doing wrong.

IMO there can be only two reasons for this tire wear. Either you drive with too low pressure or there is a problem with wheel alignment.If the pressure is OK, check the wheel alignment. Even if you have to calibrate all the cameras it is always cheaper than the set of new tyres. I always run with 0,1 bar higher pressure than recommended and my last tyres were enough for almost 40k km (21" Conti Sport Contact 5).
