You are right. The ACC works from zero, but as far as I remember, you can't preset a speed limit below 20mph/30kmh.

Yes, correct. But I believe it is because the car has Stop and Go function too. Simple stand alone ACC won't work below 20.

Well, it works, as it stops/starts the car. I think, the difference between the TJA and the ACC is, that the ACC doesn't control the wheel below the threshold speed, while TJA does.

On the old model when TJA is active the ACC icon on the dash and HUD will change to TJA icon (little cars stacking up).. and switch between ACC and TJA I'd automatic depending on situation (mainly speed). If it is one system on the new models I guess there is no switch between just one system handle all speed range?
I have checked it again. First of all, I overestimated the time needed to reactivate the system. It is 8 seconds, not 15. Sorry.
It works as one system in the full speed range and there is only one icon on VC and HUD. I haven't noticed any switch between TJA and ACC. It adjust automatically the speed to the speed limits but of course it is possible also to adjust it up or down but not less than 30km/h.
