    Hi,

    Audi A4 B6 2.9 petrol.

Last night the Indicators, wipers, horn and electric windows stopped working.

I have narrowed this down as far as I can to

    1. load reduction relay.
    2. CCM (Central Convenience Module)

I am hoping it's 1. the load reduction relay

My question is.....Where is the load reduction relay on this model (if it even has one) I have taken the lower dash off I have 4 relays.
    From left to right
    1. relay 167
    2. empty
    3. relay 53
    4. relay 373
    5. empty
    6 Relay 370

From what I have read the load reduction relay is either a 100 or 18.

If it's the CCM module I would have expected the heater system to have stopped working.
I don't have the damp carpet associated with this problem which is making me think it is not that. Although I have not had the carpets up ye to check any further.

Any info or light that you can shed on this problem would be greatly appretiated.

    P

I had this on my quattro 52 reg 1.8t, replaced CCM, body control module, nothing made any difference, ended up scrapping the car and replacing it.

There are relays under the ECU.
Its located in the box in the engine bay, a known problem is the box can get flooded.
