sensitive throttle

My 2006 2.0 fsi 200 has developed a very sensitive throttle, in that you only have to move it a little bit to obtain full revs, makes trying to drive smoothly a bit of a challenge, fuel consumption is the same as before, and no warning lights showing, This has happened since I changed the clutch and master cyl etc. Anybody any idea what and where i should be looking?

Perhaps the pedal or other associated part has lost its Basic Settings, wouldn't hurt to do a check or adaptation on the pedal, throttle body and anything else connected with the press it and go stuff.

Interesting one, it needs some diagnostic system work and measuring blocks observation against throttle body opening to see what happens.
