    Hi guys

On my b8.5 Avant 2.0 tfsi Quattro 2012, i have noticed auto start stop never engages (i.e. stops engine when stationary) when ac system is on.

I appreciate auto start stop will not engage if the cabin temp differs by X degrees the desired temp on the AC display. I have a 2 zone system.

I bought the car 2nd hand and I wonder if the previous owner modded it to set X to a very low number in order for S/S never to engage.

Does anybody know where this number is stored? I have odbeleven

    Thanks!

I could be wrong but i was under the impression start stop would not work if the aircon was on regardless of the temp difference . i know mine does not
