Hi
Am using latest HEX-V2 cable to connect to my recently bought A4 B9 2016. Newly registered VCDS aswell. All up and running. The dealer where I bought the car put a new battery in on the morning i picked up the car. DIS shows "Start Stop Malfunction, go to workshop...."

Scan on VCDS reveals 2 faults:

I cant find a BEM code anywhere. I want to try and code the battery because there is a start/stop malfunction error on the dash, bit no fault codes when running a full scan.

So trying to code the battery, connected on UDS protocol. Following the Ross Tech youtube guide, I try to first change the battery capacity, there is no drop down menu so I have to type in the new value of 70 Ah. However I get following error, "conditions not correct or request sequence error".
Engine is off, push start/stop button is pressed once so ignition is on but engine is off.

Why do I get this message? What am I doing wrong?
Anybody know if the codes mean new parts or if the battery needs to be coded?
