Intermittent fault

Hi all im new to this forum but came across you while trying to find an answer to my problem. I have a 1.6 tdi bluemotion and the problem is the car has developed a fault which puts it into limp mode while running and flashes the rear lights and the high level brake light.Also the relay under the bonnet is buzzing constantly. If i turn it off the relay still buzzes and eventually the fans come on at full power. If you try to start it it's like the starter motor is faulty and just jerks the engine if i manage to start it the fault codes are as follows : P0687 P0090 P091 P0030 P0031 P0045 P0047 P2295 AND P2294 . The codes dont always clear on the first few attempts but when they do it runs and starts perfect i thought it had cured itself but the problem has come back . could it be something as simple as water in the fuse box or just a corroded connection somewhere. The battery is the correct type and is new i have done a drop test on the battery and it is fine also it is charging at around 14.4 volts. Any help would be much appreciated thanks Dave.
