Thanks I manage to find a audi 1.8 1998 breaking local to me.

I've now fixed the car and its back on the road just need to fix the fog light issue.

Also off topic where is the alarm horn located as I grabbed a replacement one as my alarm has no sound. I checked the boot passenger side and its not there.

Thankyou for all the help everyone has given also

If that spares car is still there, did it have side air bags? I need a lateral acceleration sensor. The siren should be in the left rear corner under the insulation.

I've asked if it does as the car was fully stripped when I was there so just waiting on him to get back to me

Alarm horn isn't on passenger side I read up its on the drivers side on the 1999 model but I can't see it.

Strange as only thing located on the left off my a4 is a compartment comprising off tool kit, CD changer and tyre compressor but nothing else.

The scrapper a4 is located in ware, Hertfordshire I found the ad on shhpock app I've took a screen shot off the ad and contact details if you need them.

It is under the cover below the CD changer bracket, that has to come out.
