Just had my free mot at Glasgow Audi.. my request/refusal of the emissions update was part of my booking process..and you should flag it when you drop the car off.. and will be expected to sign for the refusal when you pick the car up. I think they hold it on the system that you have refused the update. IMG_5136.JPG

Thanks everyone, I just found that it was shocking how after a service where i explicitly refused the remap i have taken such a drop in MPG of nearly 20%. I signed the refusal paperwork but then again, I have explicitly asked them not to do things in the past and they have.

Hi just a thaught, that may not apply to you. Do you own the car 100% I'e its not still part of a HP agreement or long term lease. If it was and Audi still had a legal intrest in it that could be a reason to update even if the owner did not want it.

The car is now 100% mine. I've had issues with Audi before with doing things they weren't tasked to.
