After 3 visits to the Audi dealer and no joy with the annoying buzzing from the speaker grill, I asked them what they had specifically done to fix the problem as this is now an acknowledged fault. I was told that they had used felt tape and that that should do it.
Ha Ha. The mechanic had left his prising tool in the car ,so I decided to have a look myself. I carefully removed the grill and guess what I found? Absolutely nothing. No felt tape or any sign of a fix. The problem is that it is a fault with the clips. The plastic bits on the grill slot into other metal grips to hold it in place. There are 8 of them. It is the metal parts that buzz. Audi are obviously aware of this and do nothing about it.
The cure? Not sure if it just temporary or permanent. Spray all the metal clips with light oil. I used Power Airgun Oil.
It’s been 5 days of peaceful bliss so far.
Hope this helps because you certainly won’t get any help from Audi.

Its a common fault on the A6 and A7's. Felt tape usually works very well. Not sure how long the oil treatment you used will last. If it lasts then great. I got a free pry tool when my S5 went in for a update.. got the car back with the tool left in the boot by the rubber seal and stuffed B&O amp

Which speaker grill was causing your problem, I have an infrequent and very slight buzz from, I think, the hud at 1200 revs, it's a little frustrating as when the rest of the car is so quiet you focus on the small noises.
