Fuse 36 looks to be 15A in that picture, but different style and hence a replacement. Any idea why it was replaced?

You won't get the green indicators if the relay / control module isn't sending 12V to the actual lamps - they run off the same relay outputs at pins 2 and 5. Not local supply to light in switch, for example.

If relay isn't sending 12V out then probably one of:

    1. it isn't getting a 12V supply at pin 9 and / or 14 (check when ignition on). We know pin 4 is sending 12V to number plate lamps, so at least one supply are working. I haven't worked out which supply is for which output.
    2. it isn't providing 12V to the switches from pin 8.
    3. it isn't getting the "turn lamps on" 12V from the switches to pins 1 and 3.
    4. it is unable to switch 12V to pins 2 and 5 to supply lamps and button indicators.
    5. there is no proper ground from pin 6.

I've just change the fuse to 15amp it was sitting in the spares so tried it but nothing. Is this the correct relay

I've opened this up and looked inside and nothing is burnt out. And this is the one I replaced. Is this the correct relay for fogs

How do I know which pins to test

Erm, no. That's 4B0919471 / location 387: control unit for headlight, brake and tail light control.

You want 8D0907701: control unit for fog lights and rear fog lights. Plenty on eBay: 8D0907701 | eBay

    Update..

Success relay has been switched over and I now have fog lights again front and back. So it can be mot Monday. Again thankyou for the help.

The old relay is rattling inside so assume that we'll broke but will open it up to see what exactly caused the rattle
