    hello
    Does any body knows why is this happening? Before I drive its normal like this

    but when I drive not a far distance the revs staying at nearly 1000 and not going down to normal.

    With no info on what your vehicle is.... it could be a number of issues.

    Presuming you have a diesel. it looks like the dpf is regenerating, even more sure due to your stop start not working.
    It should only do this once every 300miles or so, if it's doing it more often you have an issue
