I have an early 09 reg 1.9 tdi BLS engine Mk5 Golf Bluemotion. Ive noticed the EGR spec and EGR actual are too high with both reading 365 mg/str on idle. Going by the VCDS bubble with says a max of 300. Exhaust gas duty 95.1% and car is cold.

The car is blaming the MAF with a P0101 - Mass Air Flow (G70) Implausible Signal but I changed the MAF with another car the same I have (exact same part number) with no effect so that can be ruled out because the other car doesnt have this issue. EGR valve is clean and output test seems to show it working ok.

Has anyone any previous experience or any ideas?

    Thanks
