How to fix bluetooth problem on Audi A6 2008

Hello,

I bought Audi A6 2.0 TDI 2008 a few days ago and I am having a problem with bluetooth.
I read a lot of topics about this and also saw this one 2009 A6 MMI - Bluetooth & Sat issues [Archive] - VW Audi Forum - The #1 Volkswagen (VW) Forum Dedicated to the whole Volkswagen (VW) Group
but the problem is that I can't find a firmware to download anywhere. The link that was on the topic above expired and my current firmware version is BBT_EU_K0020_D1
also the problem that I have is that I can't find a hidden menu, have tried holding SETUP+CAR buttons many times for more than 4,5,6 seconds also tried some other ways to enter the hidden menu and still nothing.
I do have a both CD player and DVD player or whatever it is in the glovebox and one more think is that while booting I do not see the "Audi Multi Media Interface" boot screen, only black screen until it turns on.

I really need help and I appreciate every answer.

Hi. Sorry I'm only seeing this now but I haven't been on this forum for some time. I had the same problem with my car when I bought it but found a thread on here which I got involved in. Eventually I got mine fixed as a result.
There is, however, one difference... My firmware version had a 'P' where yours has a 'K'

I couldn't guarantee it will work for you but hope you find a fix soon
