    Hello All,
As a newbie I am hoping that the wise old heads in the forum will be able to help me. Previously owned MB and am familiar with Star....All I know for certain so far is VCDS is vastly different from Star...
So bought an A6 S-Line 2.0 TDi 2014 with multiple faults....bought a VCDS genuine from Gendan and ran a scan, patched an easy fix with a defective AAT (crimped a 2 kOhm resistor in place while I wait for replacement part...cleared existing faults. This removed one of the warning lights on the console but there are multiple others. Did all the usual pulled fuses and reseated them after checking they were not visibly blown. No difference to the warning lights. Can anyone help with the log....could not even load the .pdf of the scan in here since it exceeds the size limit....
One item sits out above the "Function Restriction due to Faults in Other Modules" messages that appears multiple times and that is the message:
    0274 - FlexRay-Data bus
    U1048 00 [008] - defective
    [Konzern-Datenbus Flexray defekt]
Intermittent - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
    Freeze Frame:
    Fault Status: 00000001
    Fault Priority: 1
    Fault Frequency: 6

I may of course be simply distracted by the fault frequency count on this error!
Anyone wishing to view the log let me know - or explain how to get the .pdf in to the forum as an attachment?!
Planning to look at the ABS rings and sensors at the weekend since most of the reported faults seem to relate to wheels (parking brake, ABS, tyre pressure) but there are other odd ones like turn signal fault despite all turn light seeming to work ok....

    All help gratefully received...
    Ian
