I have a 2013 144bhp tdi avant which I purchased at the beginning of June.
When I first got the car occasionally there was a judder from the clutch when moving off in 1st gear.
This has now become worse. When the car is started from cold the clutch is fine.
However once you get into stop/start traffic the judder returns. I have been told the issue is caused by a known issue with the clutch arm pivot and a modified replacement is available from Audi.
I have also been told that I may need to have the clutch, pressure plate, bearing and possibly the dual mass flywheel replaced.
Is anyone else aware of this issue?

    Thanks in advance.

    Allen

Turned out to be failed release bearing and play in the flywheel. Clutch kit and flywheel replaced. Thankfully cover by warranty or I'd have been looking at bill of £1400+.
