    so I get quite a lot of movement from my gearstick when I press and let off the throttle.. I can basically make it wave to me lol


    I've been told this is the dogbone mount, does this sound right?


    If so, is it needed to change the full mount .. or would one of those poly inserts work from powerflex etc like the link below

    There are quite a few variations but the insert is no substitute to replacing a worn pair of mounts, it would make me happy if you bought here... being a sponsor...

    Hi Crasher, happy to buy from your shop that's not a problem .. I take it for the inserts it's either item number 380520550068 (single insert) or 381140846132 (including circular bush)

    I'm unable to see the vibratechnics one?

    It is the same as for a Golf 5, I can see we don't properly list it but that is eBay being painful, the get upset about multiple listings for the same part.

    As to which insert, it depends on what is fitted, they vary and have been revised, the part number off of the rubber can help us.
