Radio fault question

Had to have my BOSE amp repaired just over 2 years ago by a company in Scotland, after complete failure. Recently I have had a couple of radio stations that are no longer playing (Heart 80's etc) they appear on the list of stations but nothing plays.
I have rebooted MMI, I have tried re-tuning but still nothing (ON DAB).
Is there a tuner that could be faulty and if so how easy is it to fix and where can I get hold of one.

Looks like the answer to my question is yes, can anyone advise me where about in the car it is located?

May not be the tuner, could be the aerial. Get the car scanned and see if there are any fault codes. The DAB module is mounted on side of the MMI rack, which is located in the left hand side of the boot.

New ariel fitted and still not fixed the issue I am having not playing anything on a few stations, the stations appear on the screen but wwhen selected nothing plays. Main stations this is happening with is the Heart stations.
If I do a scan what do I need to scan?

Are you sure Heart 80’s is still available - coincidentally my wife has very recently said the same thing to me about the very same station (her favourite &#128580
