We have a couple of Audi A4 convertible slines one an 07 BPW 2lt TDI the othe is a 58 BPW 2lt TDI.
The 07 plate has a stutter on acceleration, the 58plate runs fine, so I've been changing parts over to see if I can find the fault, so far I've swapped MAF sensor, EGR valve, the sensor on the intercooler pipe at the back of the engine, all to no avail, I've also cleaned the dpf.
I've been reading posts on the forum about what else to change so today I was about to change the dpf pressure switch part number 07Z906051A (07plate) bosch.

The same part in the same place has a different number so I'm unsure if there interchangeable or if they would through up a fault code, not that I have a vagcom reader just a big standard reader. The part number for the 58plate is 076906051A made in Malaysia thanks for any advice.
I'm also wondering if I should look at swapping over the inlet flap vacuum sensor ect.

For the BPW and BRC engines, 07Z 906 051 A is upto VIN wauzzz8Hx7K034936 and 076 906 051 A is wauzzz8Hx7K034937 onward. They are not interchangeable and a new sensor MUST be calibrated to the engine. I strongly suggest you get a code read, print, clear, drive and re-read done and compare the results.
