Is anyone using smaller profile tyres on their Audi a4 B8 avant?

Factory recommended are 225/50/r17 , but looking 225/45/r17 that premium brands are like £20 cheaper per tyre.

I know the speedo be about 3% less than actual ect, but would I have any other issues to be aware of? Thanks
