Did your tyre fitter checked for buckled wheels?

i would get balancing checked on another machine in case the balancing machine is out of spec.

I have had several experiences over the years of poor workmanship on wheel balancing (in main dealers, but not Audi).
Despite what they say about it all being computer controlled, a mate of mine in a business brought me through the process one day and it balance certain wheels properly can be tricky.
In certain situations the skill/ commitment of the operator is critical, so find a recommended place and explain the problem, and request they balance it to zero, often thay have a tolerance. Ideally clean all the glue, muck, everything off first and start with a clean wheel.
As previous suggested it could be a bent wheel...

Worth swapping front to rear to see if this changes behavior.

Did wheel balancing yesterday, and swapped wheel front to back. No damage on wheel. Will drive tomorrow and comeback with results.

Any sign of the brakes getting hotter than expected? Could be a caliper or warped discs.

Ok update on this. The tyre shop did wheel balancing with extra weight. Each wheel was over 130gram balance weight recommended was 30gram only. Audi fixed the problem doing proper wheel blanching.

Glad you got it sorted. Take the report back to the tyre shop and ask for a refund.

Glad to hear you are sorted. It confirms again the rather disappointing reality that many places can't or do not bother to balance wheels properly. So we tolerate degraded ride quality, increased wear on components and reduced safety.

It's just so important that you have someone trustworthy balance wheels (front & rear) to as close to zero as can be done. And don't believe the BS that "it's all done by the computer". Proper wheel balancing has a skill & experience factor.
