So a Havana black type 4G2 07H with a CDNB engine, an NDL gearbox and built 20-12-11. What is a Singapore model car doing in Kenya? Which octane of fuel are you running it on? Is the engine warning light on and do you have any problems with the gear shift quality? You should get a code read done. These can loose water from the gearbox fluid cooling pump but also coolant can leak from the cooler into the ATF so you would need an Audi dealer to do an ATF glycol test.

Could be a leaking radiator, water pump or hose of worst case scenario a leaking head gasket. Would recommend to check these parts. If you find a leak, smell it. If it is a sweet smell it probably is coolant.

You can try to use a stop leak, worth a try i would say.

Which octane, RON or MON is that? Coolant seal additives block the heater matrix but I imagine in Kenya you don't use the heater much.
