I've just replaced the driver's door lock actuator on my 9N2 (the old actuator stopped unlocking with the remote) and everything now works normal with the remote. But when I unlock the door with the key both front windows open and the alarm is not disabled. I never had this problem before I changed the actuator.
    Can anyone help please?
    Thanks

    A 9N3, not a 9N2. 3B1 837 016 BC. Are you sure it is not 3B1 837 016 CC or CB?

According to ETKA 8.1 update 1280/857 (i.e. updated this morning) 3B1 837 016 BC does not exist. I think it is 3B1 837 016 CB which is a right hand door lock unit for vehicles with central locking under Pr-4F1 and fits

    Polo 9N hatch, 02>10

    Polo 9A2 saloon, 04>06

    Transporter 7H & J, 03>06

    Fabia 6Y, 00>08

Could you private message me your reg number please.

Your car is a 2006 model year type 9N3 154 built 19-09-05. The door lock unit you need is 3B2 837 016 AA which is £194.02 from VW. If my hunch is correct and what they have supplied is 3B1 837 016 CB, then that is a left hand drive passengers door lock unit, the 1 after the 3B denotes left hand drive only and the 2 right hand drive only.
