Golf MK6 GT TSi Automatic Front Wheels Grip Issue

Hello to everyone, Ive had this MK6 automatic DSG for 6 months now, my first VW, and after 2 weeks of owning it I noticed a very slight slip or wheel-spin when pulling away, and this is not down to a heavy right foot, 99% of the time I pull away very gently, and it only happens in 1st gear and mainly when turning from a junction, surely its not gearbox related otherwise it would happen thru the gears right? Thanks in advance of any help or advice.

Dry, wet or both? Check your tyres, what are they?

Hi Crasher, they are Bridgestone Potenza S001, 17" 45's, dont drive much in the wet, but been getting this issue in the dry!

Do you know it is tyre slip or just that you can feel it is?
