There is a bit in the owners manual where it says to replace all the tyres at once and to keep rotating them so they wear evenly.

Does anyone know if there is an issue with transmission windup if the final wheel circumference is slightly different or is more of a handling issue if the tyres have different levels of grip?

What have people done when one tyre has been damaged beyond repair? One of mine has got a nail in it, though as it is in the main part of the tread I am hoping I may get away with a repair.

I forgot to say in the subject line, this is for an allroad.

There are tolerances for each model type. Longitudinally mounted engine are 2mm difference front to rear...but... you measure each axle tyre depths to get difference in depth on each axle, then the sum between front and rear should not be more than 2mm.

    eg. nsf-2mm osf-3mm......1 mm difference

    nsr- 3mm osr-5mm.....2 mm difference

1mm difference front to rear..... No issue.

Transverse engine are 3mm, same formula.
