    Hi
Has anybody got a working diagram for the ccm unit especially the two plugs. I have a Passat b5.5 3b3 1.9tdi saloon 2002. I can't seem to find a conclusive diagram. At present i put a used ccm box in because the original was flooded. I now have interior lights, windows etc.. i have an on going problem with the windows. Sometimes they won't go down and sometimes the rear door won't close. I have connected once wire from the loom to four others of the same colour and they work. I haven't soldered them and occasionally i have to pinch the bone connection then all is good. Vcds showed multiple errors regarding can bus, door modules etc etc but i think they are all related to the ccm
    Any help appreciated
    Cheers
    Terry

Still hoping someone out there has a wiring diagram from the ccm module to the passenger looms. I especially need to get the can bus function working. This is throwing numerous errors up. I know the car does not have can bus per se but there is some form of simplified can bus wiring. I think i have fixed the leak into the cabin but i can't put the ccm module and holder back into place until the wiring is fixed.

    Any help appreciated
    Cheers

Ps i am thinking of purchasing some loom wire and just replacing sections at a time. Would .5mm cable be correct for the ccm and main loom wiring or 1mm?

Hi might be able to help but will need more information. Alternatively, if you google Autodata and pay the first month's fee that will give you all the information you require for about a tenna!

    Hope this helps

I can do this on Monday for you if you private message me your email and REG or VIN. Have you made sure the red/black multi welded connection is not corroded?

This is a 4B AllRoad so the wires are different colours but the problem is the same
