I turned on my A4 2018 TFSI this morning and the screen was blank and on the driver display, the radio, media, navigation all had an error message stating they were currently unavailable. I tried using the volume button to run it in with no luck and restarting the car to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it.

One of the modules has died in the MMI system, no other fix other than taking it to a dealer.

u need to loop bypass each module, buy cheap on ebay, then test 1 module at a time until u find problem one

Thanks for all suggestions, for some reason everything was working the next morning and has been since. I did see a possible issue with the MMI being unavailable due to low battery voltage so it may of been this.

The car is under warranty, so just just tell your dealer when you book the car in for a service. A low battery won't stop the MMI switching on, however when it starts up a message will appear shortly afterwards regarding a low battery and shutdown the MMI system.

Also there is no separate Bluetooth module on the B9 platform, it's built into the the main 3GP control module.
