    Hi All,
After some advice as struggling to get car into a local vag specialist
Audi Q7 required 2 front level sensors due to one failing and snapping in half. Soon after driving away from garage suspension light come on and said not available to lower/higher car. Unfortunately I would of taken car back but this happened while on holiday in France so chose to ring garage and they apologised and explained they had forgotten to reset codes.
Back in the uk I realised one side of the car seems higher than the other and measured approx 20mm higher on the left.
Turning off and on car allows you to lower higher until you drive for a few miles then it faults and raises suspension to auto.
I haven’t been able to get codes but have read a calibration of suspension height which may be the reason for the code?
Has anyone ever seen this before, I’m based near cambridge if anyone is local
    Cheers

Sounds like the system needs calibrating.

Managed to get car into garage and they have said all suspension needs resetting which takes 3 hours and then it may need further fine tuning. Does this sound right?

Car back now looks level and no codes but it’s sitting really high! Put suspension mode into auto and measured rear suspension height from centre of cap to bottom of arch and it’s measuring 520mm. Looks ridiculous. Putting it into dynamic hardly changes anything and it’s still sky high! Am I right in thinking back should be 465mm?

    Cheers

It has been incorrectly indexed, the value they have entered for the measured height is too high.
