    I haven't been to Skye in years but it is a brilliant place to visit, especially now there's no toll to go over the bridge! Unfortunately I'm not in good enough health for doing the walks and things like that but I can sit and enjoy the view!!

    Their dad was the progenitor of their walking habit, he wrote a book about walking and did magazine articles but he too is getting on now and can’t go anymore which I know pains him, he lived to bag Munro’s, it was his reason for being.

    That's a great shame, my grandfather is much the same as he approaches 80 and walking was a great deal of his enjoyment in life also.

    I'm only in my mid twenties but quite frankly people in their 70s and 80s could run rings round me at the moment. Hopefully that will not be permanent but with M.E. you can never tell whether it will get better or worse.
