Audi Campaign - electric compressor SQ7

The SQ is booked in for it first service and I was advised that there are two ‘active campaigns’ that will be undertaken. One is something to do with the forward facing camera (not bothered) the other is a software update of the electric compressor. Does anyone know why this is? I’ve never had any reason to think it’s not working perfectly. I hope this isn’t some hidden emissions / de-rating.

Interesting there appears to be nothing about the Phonebox (which I though might get disabled) given that stupid EU ruling a few months back that was covered on these forums.

I would need to check the electric compressor one.. see what its about

The Front Camera one is about the heater elements in it to keep it warm when the windscreen is frozen, pretty minor one. A whole range of Audi's have to have this one.
The Phonebox is still getting disconnected on new cars before being handed over to customers AFAIK. They are removing the antenna "booster" module aswell but this is only happening on new orders, not existing customers. I know a couple of folk have just bought the antenna module of fleabay and just plugged it back in.

I'll see what I can dig out about the compressor

I would definitely ask about the coolant valve. Ask your dealer to check if there are any 'dealer only TPIs' or simply say you've had to top up the coolant. They'll at least have a look for you.

The TPI number was something like 2209733- or 2209073- when my car had the warranty work done but the dealer wouldn't tell me the TPI.
