    Motor should be six point. Your caliper is most likely fine unless it actually is seized. It's the electrical parts that fail such as the motor, epb button or parking module

    Bear in mind as well.as the different connector type, one caliper type has a 38mm piston and the other 41mm plus one is iron and the other aluminium. The correct caliper selection is therefore important as it determines the motor needed unless you buy the complete unit in which case the connector should tell you what you should fit. Unless of course some doughnut has cut the connector tab off to fit it into the wrong opposite connector!
