Upgrade headlight bulbs

Looking to upgrade my Passat dipped headlight bulbs Halogen H7's for something (hopefully) better

Currently looking at either the Philips Xtreme-Vision or Ring Xenon 130

Philips data sheet says lifespan is 450hours
Cant find any lifespan data for the Xenon

So just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the above two options. I can suffer some loss of brightness if the lifespan is good or vica versa. But more importantly I'm trying to avoid bulbs failing well before the end of their expected lifetime

I have but its just a top list and looks as if it was copied from a previous year based on the several year old comments on the page

Just wondered if anyone had more up to date advice.

It's up to date because it's got Osram Night Breaker Laser Next Generation .
