From what I can see the numbers on the injector are 142011 070612 and then below is 03G130 073D

    Hi,
Just thought I’d post an update. After disconnecting injector 1 and the engine starting up, I ordered a recon injector and a new wiring loom which was damaged on removal due to brittle connections.
During the week I backed off the rocker arm on injector 1, removed rocker shaft and removed number 1 injector.
To remove the injector I used a heel bar, a rag under the heel and levered the injector our, no excessive force needed.
New injector fitted today and built back up, injector set as per manual and now running sweet as a nut. Just waiting for VCDS to code in the new injector, (I take it that’s what I need to do) even though she’s running ok. Thanks everyone who offered advice and guidance

It is a PD so no matching needed like the Common Rail engines. This job is done. Great result it seems.

    Hi Again,
The car is still running but when running at around 60-70mph at 2000rpm when I put my foot down it feels as though the engine is misfiring. She'll cruise along at whatever speed, quite happily, just the initial power needed to get there that gives the feel of a misfire. Number 1 injector has been replaced along with a new injector harness.
We set Injector 1 on fitting, then today I've reset the heights of all 4 injectors but still getting the same problem.
    Any ideas?

study the live data to see which other injector is not correct, it will be 25% easier now as it is 1, 2 or 3.......

Does that mean another £200 for another injector?
