    Hi Guys

Long story short, my A7 got stolen last year when someone broke in while we slept and took the keys.

I managed to find the car a few days later thanks to the power of social media. The car looked mostly fine except the front passenger side wheel was bent (and actually had a spare on it).

Insurance wrote it off but allowed me to buy it back.

Mechanic told me I needed the suspension leg, wishbones and wheel hub. So I managed to find someone on eBay selling a used leg with all the bits on it.

Car now drives fine, straight, etc

But the steering wheel light is on. I tried getting it scanned by a local vcds user and he said the steering stop ends are not learned. He tried going through the procedure to relearn but it doesn’t seem to work.

When going in measuring blocks the software and hardware boxes reads 99 degrees, the internal reads 0 degrees and the turn rate reads 0.0 s.

Are these supposed to be all the same?

The abs also is throwing a error, but it’s intermittent. When the error is there, the dash lights up like a Xmas tree - TPMS, parking brake, traction control, abs.

When the abs error disappears all the lights go away apart from the steering wheel light.

    Thanks

Sounds like the loom for that corner isn't connected properly.

Where is the look located and how can I test?

Is hardware / software supposed to be 99 degrees?

Also, ABS issues are all fine now. I even took a drive with measuring blocks graph showing all ABS sensors working fine.
