Speaker Grill Removal

Hi guys,

My B8 A4 has 2 speaker grills on the rear parcel shelf - one covers the sub the other nothing. How do I replace a broken grill? I have searched YouTube and Google but to no avail unless I am searching using the wrong keywords. The more I try and carefully pry the grill out from the shelf the more it cracks so I assume I am doing something wrong. Is there a guide on how to remove them and/or the parcel shelf? I am having the common shelf vibration issue with certain bass frequencies but first I need to replace a grill as it's cracked and this causes a vibration on its own.

I have not removed such a grill, but to sort the vibration caused by the cracked grill, why not dab on a splodge of Araldite or other hard-setting resin glue which should hold it all tight and stop any vibration?
