    Hi guys .looking increasingly like i will have to take the plunge and replace the inj pump.Cant seem to get any info on fault codes being thrown up.
    I was wondering if i can pull pump without removing front etc .access looks good from top of engine .
    any tips and advice greatly appreciated

    What fault codes are you getting ? What else have you tried? I think I’ve got issues with my injection pump

    I think we should have a forum section dedicated to the VP44 on the 2.5, for a part that is only fitted to a small number (increasingly fewer) number of cars it takes up an awful lot of thread space.

    But as far as I know these pumps last for 300-400.000km before they die?
