Hi all. I was looking at the thread with the footrest position and I thought of another possible problem. I’m a relatively tall guy so I have to have the seat base quite low. However I’ve found out on my pre facelift the seat height adjuster only raises and lowers the back of the seat base so therefor my knees are really high up compared to my bum so i need the seat too far forward to reach the pedals.
What I’m asking is there any way to lower the front of the seat base? There seems to be a lever on the right hand side on the front of the seat (opposite the front/back lever) but it only has one press and doesn’t seem to do anything. Is this the front seat base height adjuster? And is mine faulty or can the front not be adjusted??

That pad/lever is used to raise or lower the front of the seat. It can be stiff but it does raise or lower the front a lot.
