    2007 golf mk5 1.6fsi 5 door car drives fine but theres this noise coming from the front passengers side only when driving gets louder when going round a bend cant seem to figure out what it is doesn't make the noise whilst idling clutch up or down i was thinking its a cv joint or something in that area can anybody help

    A worn CV joint has a very distinctive clack clack clack sound where as a wheel bearing gives a constant drone that can increase/decrease when cornering

    felt for play in the wheel bearing and there was none and its only when in gear and driving no noise when coasting what else could it be? :/

    Gearbox input/output shaft end bearing failure, very common and known issue on the box used in yours, I had two cases of it last week alone.

    Anthropogenic climate change, the biggest con inflicted on mankind since religion...
