    I've heard this is a one use only bolt but can't find anything concrete on it .. can anyone confirm this for me please and point me in the right direction to buying new ones (part numbers would be nice)

    Yes they are one time only. the lower one is a pain to torque as you cannot get a socket on it, you have to use a 21mm torque adapter which is not easy to find so I bought a cheap 21mm ring spanner and cut it down, welded an old 1/2" drive socket to it making the centres 50mm apart and used an ont interweb calculator to work out the reduction in torque due to the lever arm effect. You need to keep the adapter centre line in alignment with the torque wrench centre line. BEWARE as you remove the old bolt, the rusty section out the other side can rip the thread out of the hub and that is expensive so clean the exposed section very well first. Also the bolt is not parallel to the hub centre line, it is at a slight angle so don't cross thread it, familiarise yourself before fitting the damper so you know what the bolt attitude should be.
