Hi all. I have a black edition Audi A6 with the 20” rotor wheels which are obviously diamond cut at the edges. I bought the car recently and one or two of the wheels have corrosion on the diamond cut sections. Is there any way to reverse/repair this without getting them refurbished?
Also I used clean my old wheels with normal car polish that made them shiny. The finish on these wheels is obviously Matt. What do people use to clean their wheels and keep them clean? TIA

Hi I clean mine with autoglym custom wheel cleaner and finish them with autoglym wheel protector which helps remove break dust far easier on the next wash. Tyres finished with Meguires Edurance High Gloss, theres lots of products on the market though so it depends on how much you want to spend and preference

Not sure about repairs but I thought diamond cut alloys can only be refurbished once or twice? I have some bubbling on a couple of mine and chipped lacquer on the silver edge after jet washing away some stuck on concrete

I hope you keep them kerb free for as long as possible!

Thanks mate. They are kerb free pretty much at the moment. One of the soles had a deep scratch right in the diamond cut part at the end of the spoke. Not as noticeable as the corrosion though
